We find that most customers are completely satisfied with their purchase, however occasionally there can be a problem.

If this happens we try to keep our returns process simple and fully in line with normal retail practice.

  • If you feel you need to return an item because it is defective or is not what you ordered you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. You should do this by email to our office email orders@woodlander.com
  • Once we have been notified you must return the goods within 7 days of receipt, in an unused state complete with packaging and all components.  

If the item is not what you expected, we will try and replace the goods. However we can if you wish refund the price paid, excluding postage and package. The cost of the return is your responsibility.
If the item is delivered faulty or damaged, we will refund the cost of postage to you also.

Our return policy may not apply if you have provided incorrect or inaccurate information during the order process, or if the goods, when returned have been used or are not returned complete with all components and original packaging.
