Delivery Guide

Provided the payment is authorised by your bank your order will normally be despatched from Ashby de la Zouch within 1 working day. Delivery will be by Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery. You will need to allow three to five working days for delivery be aware that the parcel may need to be signed for. We will be in touch either by email or phone immediately we are aware of any problems with fulfilling this pledge.

Delivery Details
Your order will normally be despatched within 24 hours by Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery upon receipt of order and authorisation of payment. We would advise you allow three to five working days for delivery and please bear in mind that your parcel may need to be signed for.

If your order is more urgent, a next day delivery service is available by Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm on all orders received and authorised payment before 12pm (noon) Monday to Friday. Please note: orders placed on a Friday will not be delivered until the next working day (Excludes weekends & Bank Holidays). There may be an extra charge for the special delivery service, please e-mail or call for details.
