We pride ourselves on the service which we give to customers. The attached web pages cover just a small fraction of the items we stock. If you can't find what you want please give us a call and we will do our best to help.

2. How to buy online
Simply click on a department link under Shop Here to view available products. When you have found your item click the "add to basket" button and when you are ready just proceed to our secure encrypted checkout. Here you will be asked to provide your delivery and card payment details. It's that easy!

3. Ordering by post
We are delighted to accept orders by post - just use our website as usual to complete an order but choose payment type of "Pay by Cheque". Please make your cheques payable to "Woodlander Ltd". We will then receive your full order ready for processing. Then print out your receipt and send it with a cheque for the total amount to:-

Upon receiving confirmation that the funds have cleared, we will despatch your goods to you.

4. Ordering by telephone
If you would prefer to place your order by phone just use our website as usual to complete an order but choose payment type of "Telephone order". We will then receive your full order ready for processing. Then please call us on 01530 560386 between the working hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. Monday to Saturday and we will be delighted to help. Please remember to have your credit/debit card details to hand.

6. Stock availability and delivery
Your order will be despatched by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery within 24 hours of receipt of order and authorisation of payment. Please allow three to five working days for delivery and do bear in mind that your parcel will need to be signed for.
If your order is more urgent, a next day delivery service is available by Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm on all orders received and authorised payment before 12pm (noon) Monday to Friday. Please note: orders placed on a Friday will not be delivered until the next 'working day' (Excludes weekends & Bank Holidays).
The Royal Mail Standard rate for the delivery service you request will be added to our invoice if your order value is less than £15.00. Delivery is free if you spend more than £15.00.

7. Delivery areas
We deliver to mainland United Kingdom only. Please note that orders cannot be sent to a PO Box address.

8. Customer satisfaction
Woodlander Ltd offers a 100% guarantee should you be in any way unhappy with the goods you have purchased. Our returns period is 14 days of receipt and any goods should be returned within this period. We will only offer a refund or exchange of goods provided they are returned and are intact, unmarked, unused and are in the original packaging. 9. Ordering and payment systems security
